I hope to share my experiences and 'dirt' under my fingernails from having spent the last 30 years as an advisor, builder and operator, applying technology to drive business impact at scale.
First, an important word on the title of this blog. The title 'How to beat Tesla' intends to capture one of the most critical business imperatives of the decade: How should large companies survive, and more importantly, thrive in a technologically disrupted world. I am fortunate to work in multiple industries including automotive where I advise companies on how to successfully compete against the types of competitive forces that a company like Tesla can unleash.
Tesla is an amazing company, led by a visionary leader and I certainly mean no disrespect to the company or any of its employees.
Second, all opinions and views expressed here are purely my personal ones and have no association whatsoever with my current and or previous employers.
